Watercolor Nails Tutorial
Tips & Tricks
- Don't skip the top coat before you start. It acts as a barrier
between the acetone and your white polish so you don't end up with bald
spots
- Try to use a "dabbing" motion to get more of a water splotch look.
- I found that wide, fat brushes worked better than a thin, narrow brush.
- You really don't need a lot of polish. If your drop was too big, pick up a bit of the polish on your brush and remove it.
- I found creme polishes worked best. The blue I used is a semi-matte neon and it didn't spread out at well.
- Pure 100% acetone works best, you can get it at beauty supply stores.
- Prefer a video? No problem!
